Logistics

Please provide a parking spot for Santa and his helper.

Allow for the possibility that Santa might be delayed by up to 15 minutes due to special circumstances during his previous visit. If this occurs, your time slot will be extended accordingly.

Please keep your phone nearby and expect a call from the Jolly ‘Ole Elf shortly prior to his arrival.

Set Up

Please have consideration for Mrs. Claus, who takes pride in caring for Santa’s suit. PLEASE no sticky fingers, grungy faces or soggy bottoms. Thank you!

Please provide an armless, straight-back and sturdy chair which is capable of handling the weight of Santa and anyone that wants to sit on his knee.

Verify that phones and cameras as charged and ready to go. Check and select appropriate settings for the room lighting.

Consider the backdrop for the photos. Perhaps you want to set up in front of the tree, fireplace or other Christmas decorations. Allow enough room around the chair for group poses.

Other Details

Coordinate your guests to make sure everyone is gathered for Santa’s grand entrance.

Santa can bring your gifts in for guests. Please ensure all items are labeled clearly and that gift tags are securely affixed, ready to be loaded into Santa’s bag. If Santa is giving out gifts, please have items of equal value so that it does not appear that Santa is favoring one child over another.

Payment may be delivered to Santa or his helper via a “Christmas Card” at the time of his visit.
